Turnaround time: 3 to 5 days. (when the artist starts your commission's sketch)

Commissions are first come first serve.

The artist doesn't have a waiting list.

After the commissioner reads and agrees with the TOS, the artist will send the commissioner a google form with some info the commissioner must fill before the artist starts the commission.

The artist will only begin your commission after the full payment is received and got the visual references. (the artist will send you an email for the visual references after the full payment)

The commissioner must credit the artist when posting or using the commissioned artwork.

For personal use only and non-commercial use by the commissioner.

The artist will send the final artwork via email.

The timezone of the artist is European Central Time so the artist will do her best to reply as quickly as possible.

The artist reserves the right to decline requests or commissions without reason.

The payment will be through PayPal.

The currency is in EURO(€) so the payment will be accepted only in EURO(€).

Once the artist approves your commission request, the artist will send you an Invoice for the full payment upfront before starting the commission.

If Paypal asks you if you have received the "product", say "yes", it is a digital artwork not "physical product". No shipping required.

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS once the artist STARTS working on your commission or after the artist FINISHES your commission. If you think there is a possibility that you might need that money for any other reason, Please Do Not Commission Me.
